Our client is a well-established Latin-American brand and distributor of fitness equipment and sports facilities, with a strong sales network across South America. The company sources most of its products from China and other Asian countries. To support its business expansion, we are seeking an International Procurement & Supply Chain Coordinator to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

•  Maintain regular communication with the South America headquarters to support procurement and supply chain operations.
•  Work closely with suppliers in China and across Asia: manage quotations, purchase orders, and supplier information.
•  Coordinate production schedules, shipping schedules, and inspection plans with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
•  Oversee freight forwarding and logistics, handling related documentation and resolving operational issues.
•  Occasionally travel to Asia (mainly China) to visit suppliers and support on-site coordination.
•  Provide market and supplier feedback to help optimize supply chain efficiency and cost management.

Requirements

1. Previous experience in international trade, procurement, or order follow-up. Experience in fitness equipment or sporting goods industry is highly preferred.
2.  Proficiency in English is required. Knowledge of Chinese or Spanish will be a strong advantage.
3.  Applicants may be based in Europe or Asia. This is a remote position, but flexibility is required to accommodate time differences between South America headquarters and Asian suppliers.
4.  Strong cross-cultural communication skills, with a solid understanding of Chinese business practices.
5.  No strict age or educational requirements, but candidates must be responsible, well-organized, and solution-oriented.
6. Willingness to travel internationally on occasion.
