FitGearSource — the professional B2B industry platform connecting global fitness equipment manufacturers, brands, and service providers — is assisting one of our well-established Chinese fitness equipment brand clients in expanding its international business and service network across Europe.
To support the brand’s growing online and offline operations and to better serve European customers, we are now recruiting qualified after-sales service partners capable of covering either the entire European market or specific national markets.
Scope of Cooperation
We are looking for professional service providers who can deliver one or more of the following:
- On-site repair and maintenance for fitness equipment
- Technical consultation and troubleshooting
- Spare parts supply and replacement
- Product return logistics and regional warehousing support
Requirements
- Solid experience in after-sales service management, preferably within the fitness equipment or consumer electronics sectors
- Strong reputation for reliability, professionalism, and customer satisfaction
- Familiarity with fitness equipment such as treadmills, exercise bikes, rowing machines, and strength training machines
- Service coverage across Europe as a whole is preferred, but regional or country-specific providers are also welcome
