Our client is a well-known Taiwanese fitness equipment brand and manufacturer with years of experience in OEM for international renowned brands, highly recognized by global customers. The company also owns several proprietary brands, with high-quality products that have established a good reputation in the market.

Due to business expansion needs, we are now recruiting for the position of Domestic Market Sales Director.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall sales of home and commercial fitness equipment in the Chinese market.
• Develop and execute annual sales targets and market expansion plans to ensure sales performance.
• Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, retailers, and other channel partners to increase market share.
• Formulate product marketing strategies and plan and promote marketing activities.
• Lead and manage the sales team, providing training and motivation to enhance overall team performance.
• Coordinate internal resources to ensure smooth order execution, delivery schedules, and after-sales service.
• Collect and analyze market information, and provide timely feedback on industry trends and customer needs.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or above.
• Over 5 years of sales experience in the fitness equipment or related industry.
• Familiarity with domestic sales channels and routes, with successful experience in customer development and maintenance.
• Ability to develop and execute marketing strategies, with strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Strong work ethic, goal-oriented, with strong team management and leadership skills.
• Ability to travel as required and actively develop regional markets.

Work Location

Shanghai (company headquarters).
