Shua Sports has officially renewed its partnership with the Chinese Olympic Committee (COC), securing its designation as the COC and Chinese Sports Delegation’s fitness equipment supplier for the 2026–2028 cycle. The signing ceremony, held in Xiamen, coincides with Shua Sports’ 30th anniversary and ushers in a new chapter of collaboration between the two parties.
New Olympic Cycle, Expanded Mission
Under the renewed agreement, Shua Sports will equip the Chinese Sports Delegation across three consecutive international multi-sport events: the 2026 Aichi-Nagoya Asian Games, the 2026 Dakar Youth Olympic Games, and the 2028 Los Angeles Olympic Games. The company will provide specialized training equipment and service support designed to underpin the national team’s scientific preparation and competitive readiness on the world stage.
This marks a significant expansion of Shua’s Olympic servicing scope, building on a legacy that has seen the brand support Chinese athletes at every Olympic Games since the partnership’s inception.
A 13-Year Partnership Rooted in Proven Quality
The COC–Shua partnership dates back to 2013, when the two parties first joined forces. He Faqiong, Deputy Director of the Sports Equipment and Facilities Center of the General Administration of Sport of China and Deputy Director of the COC Marketing Development Department, affirmed the partnership’s significance at the signing ceremony.
“Since first joining hands in 2013, Shua has consistently demonstrated craftsmanship and a commitment to excellence, providing the Chinese Sports Delegation with high-quality fitness equipment and professional support services,” He Faqiong said. “Shua has earned the trust and recognition of both the delegation and the broader industry. This renewed partnership reflects not only Shua’s responsibility as a national brand serving national strategy, but also the cultural alignment between its innovative enterprise spirit and the Olympic motto of ‘Faster, Higher, Stronger — Together.’
Five Olympic “China Houses” and a Global Footprint
Shua Sports has now equipped the Olympic “China House” at five consecutive Games — Sochi 2014, Rio 2016, PyeongChang 2018, Paris 2024, and Milano-Cortina 2026. During the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics, the company’s products went beyond the China House: Shua equipment was installed in three Olympic Villages, providing professional training support to athletes from around the world and showcasing the capability of a Chinese brand on home soil.
To date, Shua Sports has supplied training equipment and services to national sports teams across 99 countries and supported over 600 Olympic champions — a track record that has withstood the rigorous demands of international competition.
Global Growth Accelerates
International recognition has fueled Shua’s overseas expansion. In Q1 2026, the company’s overseas revenue surged 67.37% year-on-year — a figure that underscores the accelerating global demand for Chinese-manufactured fitness technology.
“Being named the COC fitness equipment supplier is an honor, but more importantly, it is a responsibility,” said Zhang Weijian, Chairman and President of Shua Sports. “Over the past 30 years, Shua has remained deeply rooted in the fitness equipment industry, guided by our core philosophy of ‘healthy technology, quality products.’ Renewing our partnership with the COC represents a new strategic starting point. We will carry forward the Olympic spirit, strengthen our national brand, and fully serve the building of a sports powerhouse and a Healthy China — letting the world see the power of Chinese sports technology.”
Scientific Innovation: Landmark Report and AI-Driven Showcase
At the signing ceremony, Shua Sports also jointly released the Scientific Exercise Development Report (2014–2024) in collaboration with the China Sport Science Society and Shanghai University of Sport. The report is China’s first systematic research publication focused on “scientific exercise,” providing authoritative theoretical support for the deep integration of national fitness and public health.
Concurrently, at the 2026 China Sport Show, Shua presented its latest technology innovations under the theme “AI + Scientific Exercise,” signaling the company’s strategic pivot toward intelligent, data-driven fitness solutions.
Looking Ahead
Zhang emphasized Shua’s forward-looking commitment: the company will build a globalized operational system, continue to increase investment in scientific and technological innovation, and extend Olympic-grade equipment and services to everyday fitness enthusiasts worldwide.
“Thirty years of craftsmanship, thirty years of unwavering dedication,” Zhang said. “Shua will continue to demonstrate the responsibility of a national brand through technological innovation and a global vision, helping Chinese sports and public health reach new heights.”
