In response to the growing convergence of the European fitness, prevention, and healthcare markets, Europe has officially announced a key executive appointment: effective September 1, 2026, industry veteran Michael Bülter has joined the company as Sales Director Commercial (Vertriebsleitung Commercial). Bringing nearly two decades of sector expertise, Bülter is set to spearhead Dyaco Europe’s strategic expansion across commercial fitness and medical rehabilitation channels, further consolidating the group’s market leadership in Germany and the broader European region.

A Proven Industry Expert Stepping In to Strengthen Commercial Reach

Michael Bülter is a highly respected figure in the European fitness and therapeutic equipment sectors. Over his 20-year sales career, he has held senior sales management roles at several world-renowned brands, including Nautilus, Life Fitness, and GYMNA. Through these positions, he built deep market insights, extensive client networks, and an intimate understanding of the operational needs of gym operators, personal trainers, and healthcare facility managers.

Prior to joining Dyaco Europe, Bülter served at BTL, a prominent Czech medical device manufacturer, where he successfully spearheaded the market entry of an innovative anti-gravity treadmill in Germany. This milestone demonstrated his exceptional capacity for driving market development, revenue growth, and the integration of medical technology into mainstream health channels.

Commenting on his new position, Michael Bülter stated:

“What truly appealed to me is the unique combination of an established global corporate group and the immense untapped potential that our commercial brand, Spirit Fitness, offers in the German market. Dyaco’s comprehensive portfolio and its strong commitment to technological innovation impressed me from day one.”

Dual-Engine Strategy: Targeting Commercial Fitness and Medical Rehabilitation

As a key member of Dyaco Europe’s leadership team, Bülter will work directly alongside Anton Blajs, General Manager of Dyaco Europe, to align and execute the strategic development of both the Commercial and Medical divisions.

His primary responsibilities include:

Accelerating Commercial Fitness Growth: Strengthening the market footprint of Spirit Fitness across health clubs, hotels, corporate wellness centers, universities, and public sports facilities, while refining existing sales structures.

Expanding Medical & Rehabilitation (Dyaco Medical): Recognizing that the boundaries between classic fitness training, prevention, therapy, and rehabilitation are increasingly blurring, Bülter will oversee the strategic positioning of the “Dyaco Medical” brand within rehabilitation centers, clinics, and therapeutic institutions.

Driven by Innovation: Elevating Smart & Connected Fitness Solutions

For over three decades, Dyaco has been a global manufacturer and distributor of high-performance fitness and therapeutic systems. To meet the rising market demand for connected ecosystems and data-driven training, Dyaco continues to integrate Bluetooth connectivity, mobile applications, digital platforms, and cloud-based data management across its product lines.

A highlight of Dyaco’s current commercial portfolio is the i-Strength System by Spirit Fitness. This intelligent strength circuit features electronically adaptive resistance and four distinct training modes. Designed to cater to diverse user goals—ranging from hypertrophy and explosive power to post-injury rehabilitation—the system delivers a highly versatile and differentiated solution for fitness centers and medical facilities alike.

With Michael Bülter leading commercial sales operations, Dyaco Europe is positioned to leverage its robust product portfolio and sales channels to capitalize on the convergence of fitness and healthcare across the European market.
