Club Pilates, owned by Xponential Fitness, signed a master franchise agreement with DM Active Wellness Inc. (DMAW) in the Philippines, committing to open 30 studios over the next 10 years.
The agreement marks Club Pilates’ ongoing expansion into another key market in Asia-Pacific.
This latest agreement adds to Club Pilates continued international growth momentum, as the brand expands into markets worldwide, including, most recently, the opening of its first Club Pilates studios in Mexico, Thailand and Belgium. Club Pilates, based in Irvine, CA, has over 1,300 locations, including more than 1,100 in the U.S.
DMAW is an affiliate of DM Global, Inc., a diversified lifestyle company with over 17 years of experience developing businesses across beauty and wellness, professional sports, food, hospitality, events, and real estate.
