About the Client

FitGearSource is supporting a global smart fitness equipment brand with a well-established management system and a diversified product portfolio covering smart cardio, strength equipment, and digital fitness solutions for both home-use and commercial use.

As its Asia supply chain and manufacturing ecosystem continues to expand, the company is strengthening its regional supplier management capabilities and is now hiring a senior-level quality leader to drive transformation across Asia.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end supplier quality performance across the Asia region

• Drive supplier quality transformation through clearly defined KPIs, governance structures, and execution discipline

• Reduce customer complaints, improve manufacturing yield, and strengthen NPI (New Product Introduction) quality readiness

• Build, lead, and develop a regional SQE (Supplier Quality Engineering) team

• Lead executive-level supplier engagement, including business reviews and escalation management

• Deliver regular executive reporting to global leadership on supplier quality performance and risk

Candidate Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in supplier quality and/or manufacturing quality, with proven leadership responsibility

• Strong background in consumer electronics or smart hardware manufacturing (FATP)

• Proven experience with tablet and/or display-related products is highly preferred

• Demonstrated success in supplier quality transformationTransformation initiatives across complex supply chains

• Fluent English with the ability to operate effectively in global, cross-functional environments
