Xponential Fitness, Inc., the owner of fitness boutiques including Club Pilates, Pure Barre, BFT, and YogaSix, has appointed franchising veteran Danielle Porto Parra as president, effective immediately.
Parra brings over 20 years of experience in operations, marketing, product development, and digital across franchise systems and private equity-backed organizations. Most recently, she reportedly served as president and chief brand officer of McAlister’s Deli. Prior to that, she led marketing and culinary innovation at GoTo Foods across seven brands including Cinnabon, Auntie Anne’s and Jamba. She has also held C-level and executive roles at Pep Boys, Build.com, Caesars Entertainment and Petco.

Danielle Porto Parra is the former Senior Vice President of Category Marketing for Restaurant Brands, overseeing strategic marketing initiatives for McAlister’s Deli, Moe’s Southwest Grill and Schlotzsky’s. Parra joined McAlister’s Deli as the head of Marketing in 2020 and has been in the hospitality and retail industry for more than 20 years, working in leadership roles at top companies including Petco, Build.com and Caesars Entertainment Corporation. Throughout her career, she has led company growth through a combination of brand experience and product innovation, personalized marketing, breakthrough creative, and digital transformation. Most recently, Parra worked as Chief Marketing Officer & SVP of eCommerce for automotive aftermarket brands Pep Boys, AAMCO, Precision Tune, and Auto Plus. Parra has volunteered with YMCA and the Petco Foundation, and currently serves on the Marketing & Resource Development Board Committee for Boys & Girls Club of Metro Atlanta.
