Nike Strength, Nike’s fitness equipment business operating under a license by Dimension 6 Fitness Corp., reached an agreement to become the official strength partner of Everlast Gyms in the UK and Ireland.
The partnership will roll out Nike Grind equipment to 25 Everlast Gyms in the countries. The equipment includes Nike Grind dumbbells, Nike Grind bumper plates, rubber-coated kettlebells, and the 1972 PowerBar.
Nike reports that its Strength products, featuring the swoosh logo, are manufactured from scrap or unused materials as well as end-of-life footwear. Nike soccer ambassadors, including Vini Jr., Rúben Dias, Erling Haaland, and Alexia Putellas, are testers of the product line.
Dan Summerson, managing director of Everlast Gyms, commented: “Nike Strength joining the Everlast Gyms ecosystem marks a major step forward for both brands, reinforcing our shared commitment to empowering all athletes from everyday gym-goers to the world’s elite. Nike Strength represents the pinnacle of performance equipment, and integrating its kit into our ‘Hustle’ studios and Olympic Lifting Platform will provide our members with the best possible tools to achieve their goals. As we look toward our Manchester opening this spring, this partnership cements our position as the go-to destination for high-performance training.”
