Liz brings more than 25 years of marketing experience in the fitness industry, having held senior positions at Escape Fitness and Life Fitness. Most recently, she served as a senior marketing leader at Escape Fitness, where she directed UK, US, and global marketing activity for the functional training equipment and gym design brand, including overseeing the acquisition of Escape Fitness USA in February 2026. She will also continue her role as co-founder and marketing director of Catalyz, a fitness industry consultancy.

Her appointment comes at a pivotal time as the company strengthens its position within both the UK and global commercial fitness equipment sector.
“Initially, my focus is on getting to know the Jordan Group, its three distinct brands and its customers,” Liz added. “I’ll be spending time understanding the current marketing activity, listening to teams across the business, and identifying opportunities where we can make an immediate impact. A key priority will also be supporting the development and launch of the new website over the coming months, while building longer-term marketing plans that align with the Group’s strategic goals.”
