On December 8, 2025, Athletech News reported that iFIT and F45 Training have entered into a new partnership to combine the high-intensity functional training methodology of F45 with iFIT’s immersive workout production capabilities and global platform.

Jeremy McCarty, chief subscription and content officer of iFIT, said that the partnership is a game-changer for the fitness industry, proving that digital content and in-studio experiences can coexist. The partnership aims to drive engagement for both brands by licensing and featuring a curated collection of F45’s functional workouts on iFIT’s streaming platform for at-home use. The brands will also co-produce new digital fitness content to create a higher-quality at-home training experience.

Starting January 8, 2026, eligible iFIT subscribers who complete one of the co-produced workouts will unlock a complimentary, one-time in-studio F45 Training class to use that month. This partnership not only aims to bring more users to iFIT’s platform but also to attract more people to F45 studios.

In addition to this partnership, F45 has launched its own rewards program, allowing members to earn points for apparel, supplements, food and beverage, tech, extra Passport visits, and “Bring a Friend” passes. Meanwhile, iFIT is expanding its brand reach by co-producing a reality competition series for Amazon Prime Video, set to release in January 2026.
