Giant Group USA is relocating its U.S. headquarters from Newbury Park, CA, to Boulder, CO. The transition will begin in early 2026 and is expected to be completed by late summer or early fall.
The company reported in a media release that it is close to securing a location near downtown Boulder, “placing the company at the center of one of the most influential cycling and outdoor communities in the world.”
“Boulder offers a unique combination of community, terrain and industry partnership opportunities that align perfectly with Giant’s mission and business vision,” said Chris Lai, Giant USA’s Operations general manager.
The bike maker said Boulder’s cycling infrastructure, industry ecosystem and outdoor culture make it an ideal environment for its next phase of U.S. growth.
“This relocation positions Giant to realign our business planning and energize our team, enabling us to better serve our retailers, athletes and riders,” said Angelo Mascelli, Business general manager. “It also reinforces our commitment to delivering the next generation of product innovations and brand experiences.”
Taiwan-based Giant Group is the largest bike manufacturer globally with brands including Giant, Liv, Momentum, and Cadex.
