IWF 2025 Shenzhen Kicks Off in September, Redefining Fitness in South China

IWF is making its South China debut from September 19–21 in Shenzhen, bringing 100+ exhibitors and a full lineup of forums, performances, and CEO roundtables to shape the future of the Asia-Pacific fitness industry.

As one of the leading trade and networking events for the sports and fitness industry in the Asia-Pacific region, IWF 2025 Shenzhen International Fitness Expo will be held from September 19 to 21 at the Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center (Futian).

Covering an exhibition area of 12,000 square meters, the event will bring together over 100 domestic and international companies, showcasing cutting-edge products and technologies in commercial fitness, sports & leisure, and smart fitness innovations. The expo aims to become the most influential fitness industry platform in South China.

Organized by Donnor Exhibition Co., Ltd. (Shanghai), the Shenzhen edition was chosen for its strategic location at the heart of the Greater Bay Area and its strong potential to reach markets across Southeast Asia. The event has also gained strong support from multiple industry associations, including the Hainan Bodybuilding Association, Guangzhou Weightlifting & Bodybuilding Association, and Dongguan Bodybuilding & Fitness Association.

This year’s expo will not only feature product showcases but also present a four-part event program: Think Tank Forum, Business Matchmaking, Competitions & Performances, and Visitor Engagements. Among the highlights is the “IWF × 24/7 FITNESS China (Shenzhen) Fitness Industry CEO Roundtable”, which will gather more than ten industry leaders from across the Asia-Pacific region. Key topics will include:

• Cross-sector integration of fitness, technology, and health
• Insights into core characteristics of local markets

On the interactive side, the expo will feature dynamic group workouts presented by Les Mills China and Zumba China, as well as the “IWF × Guan Jian Fashion Sports Carnival” and the “Hong Kong Bodybuilding & Sports Fitness Championships 2025 & 2nd Tiger Roar Elite Competition”, showcasing the power and beauty of fitness.
