1. Precor Appoints Canali System as Exclusive Distributor in Italy

Precor, a global provider of premium fitness and wellness solutions, has named Canali System as its exclusive distribution partner for the Italian market. This collaboration gives Precor a stronger local presence, with Canali System managing sales, service, installation, and warehousing. The partnership promises enhanced support and service for Italian customers, while combining Canali’s scientific training approach with Precor’s advanced product line—including Glutebuilder, Stages Cycling, and Assault Fitness. Canali System’s proprietary Auxotonic 2.0 and Flexibility lines will be offered alongside Precor products, forming a comprehensive fitness and wellness portfolio. 2. iFIT and Samsung Health Join Forces for AI-Driven Fitness Integration

iFIT has entered a strategic partnership with Samsung Health to deliver personalized wellness experiences via Samsung Galaxy devices. Interactive Strength Inc. (Nasdaq: TRNR), owner of the Wattbike, CLMBR, and FORME brands, has received a “Buy” rating and a $15 price target from Maxim Group, signaling a potential 130% upside. The report, authored by analyst Thomas Forte, projects TRNR’s revenue to grow from $5.4 million in 2024 to $105 million by 2026—driven by its acquisition of Wattbike and pending purchase of Sportstech. Additional value is expected from its AI-based Digital Asset Treasury Strategy. CEO Trent Ward called the coverage a milestone, validating TRNR’s investor appeal. 4. FED Fitness Collaborates with Talking Tom & Friends for Global Campaign

Home fitness brand FED Fitness has teamed up with popular character franchise Talking Tom & Friends for a co-branded campaign titled “Sweat with Talking Tom. Fitness at Home.” Timed to align with Amazon Prime Day and TikTok’s “Deals for You Days,” the July campaign will be boosted by over 400 influencers worldwide. The initiative aims to position FED Fitness as a fun, family-friendly, and sustainable fitness brand. Through this campaign, FED hopes to engage millions in at-home wellness routines while amplifying brand visibility across social media platforms.

5. SUNLINK Forms IP Partnership to Strengthen Innovation Protection

SUNLINK (Xiamen) Sports Technology Co., Ltd. has signed a strategic intellectual property (IP) cooperation agreement with Fujian Tianwuqin Law Firm to combat rising concerns of product imitation. With over 100 patents, including U.S. and invention patents, SUNLINK is a rising ODM innovator in treadmill, bike, and rower technology. The partnership establishes a comprehensive IP defense framework, including global patent filings, customs registration, legal enforcement mechanisms, and cross-border infringement response systems. 6. IMPULSE “Feitian” Fitness Device Selected for Chinese Space Station

On July 15, 2025, IMPULSE’s “Feitian” core muscle training device was officially deployed aboard the China Space Station via the Tianzhou-9 cargo spacecraft. Developed over two years, the device addresses key health issues faced by astronauts in microgravity, such as bone loss, muscle atrophy, and cardiovascular stress. The compact, multifunctional unit allows for resistance and aerobic training, simulating weight-bearing activity to preserve bone density and muscle mass. It also enhances neuromuscular control and coordination in space. IMPULSE’s participation marks a milestone as the first Chinese commercial fitness company to deliver advanced exercise technology for national space missions.
